 Before and after Sunday morning church services, our members meet and greet each other in the Parlor. Just across the Tree of Life Foyer from the Sanctuary, the parlor is our "living room" with couches, chairs, and tables arranged for conversation. Coffee and cookies or other yummy treats are shared here on Sunday mornings. This is made possible by a kitchenette which opens into the parlor and has a small refrigerator, sink and coffee making equipment. There's also a grand piano in the Parlor that can be used to sing "Happy Birthday" when we're celebrating someone's big day by having a special cake along with our Sunday coffee.
The Parlor is used for other activities too. Informal meetings are held here. Our Choir Director, Jim Winfield, gives piano lessons here. Brides wait to walk down the aisle and families gather together after a loved one's funeral in this very comfortable space.
