Aka Rocket or Roquette. Annual, salad green has oak-like leaves with a peppery mustard flavor. Grows 12-36” tall. Leaves can be harvested at 3”.

Uses: Use baby leaves in salads for fresh flavor, use mature leaves in cooking like spinach.

Care: Full sun. Plant in well-drained soil. Regular water use. Plant 18” apart.
