Flavor is improved if picked after frost. Delicious and nutritious. Pick lowest sprouts, each time removing accompanying leaves but not top foliage. Harvest 95-105 days after transplanting. Cool season vegetable, so plant to mature during cool weather. Delicious steamed, stir-fried or roasted.
Placement: Do not plant where any of the cabbage family grew last year.
Care: Full sun. Plant in well-drained, loamy soil rich in organic matter. Keep evenly moist. Plant 18-24” apart in rows 30-36” apart.
