Salsa Favorite, Slow Bolting

Coriandrum sativum

The ferny green leaves offer fragrance and flavor. Very slow to bolt, which makes it a great selection for warmer climates. Grows 12-18” tall and wide. Harvest as leaves reach desired size. Great in salsas and salads. The dried seed is coriander.

Placement: Easy to tuck in mixed borders and containers.

Care: Full sun. Plant in loose, loamy soil. Keep evenly moist, but not soggy. Fertilizing not necessary. Plant 18” apart.
