Butterhead variety with rich outer leaves encasing a tightly packed, light-green head. Great flavor! Grows 9-15” tall by 6” wide. Harvest at about 55-75 days.

Uses: Add tastes and textures to your mixed salads, sandwiches and garnishes.

Care: Full sun, part shade in hot climates. Grows best in cool weather. Plant in evenly moist, loose, fertile, sandy, well-drained soil with organic matter added. Provide adequate moisture to help prevent bolting. Plant 8-12” apart to allow room to grow and for good air circulation.
