Large Onion, Great Storage Onion

Allium cepa

Produces 4” white bulbs with a ruby red skin. Sweet and mild flavored. Green tops can be used as scallions. Grows 12-16” tall by 4-6” wide. Harvest in 100 days.

Uses: Great in salads, sandwiches and sauces.

Cares: Full sun. Plant in loose, loamy soil. Keep evenly moist, but not soggy. Plant 6-8” apart.
