Giant-sized, round onions sweet enough to eat like an apple. Short storage variety. Harvest at 115 days. Dig mature bulbs, cure 2-3 weeks.

Uses: Great for using raw in salads.

Care: Full sun. Best in deep, loose, fertile, well-drained soil with organic compost added. Onions do not like highly acidic soils. Keep soil evenly moist. Space sets 5-6” apart in rows 3-4’ apart.
