A square, uniform, sweet pepper that matures from green to red and has a sweet flavor. Grows 3’ tall by 2’ wide. Harvest at 68 days.

Uses: Great in salads, stuffed, roasted, salsa and casseroles.

Care: Full sun; protect from intense afternoon sun. Best in warm (at least 65 degrees F), rich, well drained soil. Mulch. Keep evenly moist. Feed when planting and when flowers start. Space 3’ apart in rows 3-4’ apart.
