Beta vulgaris ssp. flavescens

A mix of chard having brilliant stems of red, yellow, pink and white, and highly nutritious foliage. Easy to grow. Grows 8-12” tall and wide. Harvest in 50-60 days.

Uses: Great sauteed in bacon fat.

Care: Full sun. Plant in moist, fertile, well-drained soil. Water regularly during fruit development. Plant 8-10” apart. Zones 8-10.
